After Hours, Weekend, and Holiday Coverage

During the weekend, holidays or after hours Ensighten Support gives priority to online requests that cite business impacts such as revenue loss or the Ensighten product becoming unusable with specific, reproducible steps.

We strongly recommend that you carefully test and QA new and modified projects, tag deployments or conditions well in advance of holidays and weekends.
